My first contact was with Tesia who was very pleasant and professional. She had the work estimate emailed to me very quickly. Since the estimate clearly covered my project, I was able to immediately digitally sign and have my finalized contract in place to keep my project on schedule. A few days before the project was to commence, I received an email from Matt to confirm the details which I greatly appreciated. The work crew arrived when expected and were kind and considerate of our needs during construction. The work was completed as scheduled which allowed for smooth integration with other related projects that were underway.I made a point to stop at Creative Deck’s office to make my final payment so that I could personally express my thanks to Tesia for making my project flow so smoothly. She was genuinely sincere when she expressed her pleasure with my satisfaction with her company. It is prideful, professional people like her that made me want to take time time write a review. “I called on a Monday for non-emergency service of installing shutoffs and new faucets in two bathrooms along with replacing a bathtub drain. Mark gave me a rough estimate which I accepted, and we set an appointment for Wednesday at 8:00 am. Dan arrived promptly, did the work asked for and even a couple of minor extra things. The cost was just as Mark estimated. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely will contact them with any future plumbing needs.“

He explained EVERYTHING and answered all of our questions every step of the way. Even when I asked him why he was doing something a certain way, he didn't look down to me at all, instead he explained the building code until I understood it and then explained how it affects the house and the comfort inside of it.
