“What more could you ask for! The night before Thanksgiving we discovered that the supply valve on the lower level toilet had burst and water had been squirting out for about 5 hours. At 9 p.m. after shutting off the watere we called FREEDOM RESTORATION AND REMODELING. Within a half hour they were here with a truck load of equipment and smiling faces. They worked until after midnight vacuuming up water and set up heaters and fans. First thing Thanksgiving morning they were back for 4 hours, pulling up carpeting, moving furniture, and setting up more heaters and fans. The employees were efficient, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Throughout the whole process they kept us informed, walked us through the insurance process, and did it all with a smile. They moved the funiture back in place two days before our kids came home for Christmas and filled up the refreshed, newly carpeted bedrooms and bathroom. I hope we never have another incident like that but if we do, we're calling FREEDOM RESTORATION AND REMODELING for sure.“

We had a smaller scale plumbing repair that we normally would have done ourselves, but with the cold temperatures, we didn't want to risk turning the water off and encountering an unexpected problem. After reaching out to several plumbers, Chris was the first one to get back to us. He had great communication, punctuality, fair rates, and he was very thorough in explaining things to us. Although we hope to never have any plumbing problems again, we do hope to work with him again in the future on some improvements around our home.“
