We bought our house (turnkey) in April 2023. We couldn't be more happy with it. We didn't have to pick anything out which made it really easy. We just had to add our own decorative touches. Love the storage in the walk in pantry!

Highly recommend MidWest Design. Liz went above and beyond to help us through anything and everything! She knew what to do during any hiccups during the construction and always made sure we were happy. Her advice on everything was in our best interest and we trusted her 100% . We felt that she became a friend through all the construction and we enjoyed her company. Rob was also a great construction manager and before we moved in he went into "dad mode" and explained to us the basics of owning a home and we REALLY APPRECIATED IT as new home owners. I had the best experience working with Liz. She was able to meet with me around my schedule, answered my questions in a timely manner and was just a wonderful person in general. Even though I ended up going a different route for now, Midwest Design Homes will have my business in the future!
