As a realtor who has worked with many builders I have to share how impressed I am with Midwest Design Homes. I first learned about MDH through one of their Builder sessions. The sessions are designed to help realtors better understand the construction process from start to finish. It was an amazing way to learn more about MDH and their construction process and also their lifetime basement warranty. Also, the team at MDH is phenomenal! My Buyers always feel well educated and confident after meeting with an MDH representative about building one of their custom homes. Went house looking with our realtor Amanda and saw this house. Pictures didn't do it any justice. It was what we wanted right down to the paint color. Our previous build fell through and our realtor showed us a few lot possibilities where we could build and recommended MDH to build. She wanted us to look at the build quality as an example should we find an acceptable lot. We looked at a couple of other houses and thought we'd make an offer on them as this wasn't really over what we wanted to spend by $80K.

MDH finished my basement and it has been very easy to work with them. Liz and Kurtis were very responsive and helpful when I had questions or concerns. I always knew what and when the next step was. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them for any project.
