“Scott is the best around! A few years ago my furnace went out in the middle of the winter. Every place I called couldn't make it to the next day and wanted both arms and a leg for emergency service. Scott also couldn't make it that day but he took the time to help me troubleshoot on the phone and locate a part for me to go buy and replace. Got my furnace up and running in less than 2 hours.

Fast forward to present day. Purchased a house with a 35 year old furnace and no central air. Did my due diligence to get pricing, all while keeping in mind my previous experience. Once again Scott was the most open, honest and lowest pricing I received. Always shows up on time and is great at what he does. Everything went smooth and exactly as promised. “I called the number even after hours and Mia responded very promptly in a courteous, informative manner. She states, "I was afraid somebody would not have heat through the night." That caring attitude is a nice change of pace for a while. She told me that there is a class action suit for LG refridgerators because the compressors are failing at a much earlier time than they should. This is a LG refridgerator brand problem only. I informed he we went through all the tips are manual says to try, but to no avail. Even though she was getting ready for bed, she took the time out of her life to speak with me and where would be a reputable brand and place to go to purchase a new one. “We contacted Comfort Touch on a Sunday night. We explained what was happening with our furnace. He let us know an emergency visit would not help us. He came promptly Monday morning, assessed our issue, found the part locally. explained the potential cost, picked up our part and installed it all in less than 90 minutes. He also determined the warranty was applicable and completed all of the paper work for us. His rate was fair and reasonable. A very nice man that thoroughly explained everything and made me feel comfortable and confident in his assessment. If we experience any issues in the future he will be our first call.
