Big thanks to PD for fixing our mini split! He could’ve told us it was not fixable like the other HVAC companies we had look at it. PD took a different approach and gained a lifetime customer in the process. Highly suggest Comfort Touch for your HVAC needs!
PD was amazing; he will be our HVAC guy as long as he is in business & we are in town! He explained everything he was doing & educated us on our options. Always friendly, punctual, & excellent prices for the high quality work he does! We had a very complicated project. Our home was a DIY special with incorrect ducts, random holes in ducts, & not single straight or level surface. We asked PD to move our AC/furnace about 10 feet down towards one side of our home. He educated us on the risks & help us weigh our options. He was able to overcome every obstacle our home threw his way! Our AC is actually more efficiently cooling our home now than before it was moved!
I would definitely recommend Comfort Touch to friends and family. PD was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. I like to support local small businesses in the area, and he is one of them. I searched online locally for an HVAC company to install a new furnace and AC unit in my home and found Comfort Touch. I’m glad I did; I couldn’t be happier!
