“Went to start my furnace for the first time this year and found out it was done. Contacted Jerome Filbrandt, they came shortly after contacting them. They thoroughly inspected everything when done gave me my options. I ended up going with a new furnace. They had old one tore out, new one in, thermostat relocated,along with replacing some out of date piping in a days time. If anyone is having plumbing or heating issues I definitely recommend them. “Came home Christmas night to our furnace fan not running. Called Todd the next morning and he was here that afternoon to access the issue. “I haven't dealt with them personally. However, my mother has. We lost my father over a year ago and he was a do-it-all handy man. His void has been felt in many areas but specifically in knowing the answer or being able to find the answer. My mom called multiple places for help with heating and struggled to get simple call backs. She reached out to Bauer. They have been fantastic! Just in talking with her it is like a large weight has been lifted off of her shoulders. Thanks John and everyone at Bauer.“
