Dennis Ball sent out a service tech, Gary, the morning after I called for help. They were prompt, courteous, detailed and professional. The team resolved 2 very difficult problems quickly at a very reasonable price. Dennis went above and beyond and found my broken part was still under warranty. That saved us a bundle! I highly recommend Best HVAC, LLC. They are now my go to heating and air specialists going forward.
Dennis not only repaired our mini-split he researched it and was able to find our parties still under warranty. The men who replaced the part did an amazing neat job. Unit is fixed and service was great!
