I was charged a hourly rate of $145 per hour.
They diagnosed that my mini split was low on refrigerant and charged it up for me. They didn't have the right tools the first time they came over so they resolved it on the return trip.
The receptionist was very nice, but it took a little bit of phone tag to get a call back after the initial visit for the second one.
If there was a leak in my system, they were unable to find it.
I'd say overall the service was pretty good and professional but expensive. But I suppose everyone's expensive now.
We tried out our air conditioner for the first time this year and it wasn't working. The service guy came out the next day and advised us that the unit was 35 yrs old and should be replaced. A few days later a new unit was installed within hours! The installers were awesome, very happy with the service team!
