Hi yoga friends, I wanted to give a shout out to Melissa for reopening the studio on a restricted basis! Although I do like the online classes available through Zoom, I really missed the studio experience—the sounds, the smells, the atmosphere, the camaraderie of the group.

YOGArithm is an amazing studio and Melissa is a wonderful instructor. My son and daughter really enjoy her kids only classes. She also does classes at Estabrook Beer Garden and Yoga @ MAM and they’re always great!

I have been going on and off for years and still consider myself a beginner Melissa is on point for all levels Angela (the Monday girl pushes you) I always feel great and renewed leaving there I have lower back pain walking in and leave it at the studio these girls are amazing
