My journey at Mindful Yoga began in 2019 when, at the advice of a trusted friend, I attended a Restorative Yoga class on a cool November evening. I had a serious ankle injury in March. I was following the doctor recommendations and finished 6 weeks of physical therapy. The ankle was the same. I began to worry I would never come back and enjoy my life as I had before the injury. I began one on one sessions with Pam and now I feel a deeper connection to my body and overall wellness after learning from her teachings and practice. I would recommend Mindful, Yoga Studio for anyone with mobility issues or injury trauma to get them back on track to total body healing. I will now attend regular classes!
