Best yoga class I have been to. Not only do you learn the poses but also the philosophy. Jenna and her studio has helped me gain so much strength, both physically and mentally. Highly recommend Hot Yoga Kenosha.
I really enjoy the intensity of these classes, highly recommend to anyone who wants to amp up their hot yoga. I wish this studio was closer to me so I could attend more frequently. Thanks!
