teacher's are wonderful and patient. Help you to get the correct position in your yoga . Very clean and friendly. Classes you can choose that you are comfortable with. Love the place.

Yoga & Friends, has Kenosha's BEST yoga in town! I love Christina's classes. I'm always challenged & leave feeling like a whole new person. 20+ years of experience shines bright!!! Thank you for being the best!

Being that I am getting up there in age I needed to find something that I love to do to stay fit and happy. Yoga is one of my ways to get just that. I have tried several yoga places but found Christina, Paul and Shaun to be very helpful as well as fun too. They actually help you! That may not sound like a shocker, but I have been places where they just talk to you and do the poses. They don't walk around or watch the participants to be sure they are doing things correctly. I learn something new every time I go. Christina you are awesome. Your staff Paul and Shaun are great too. Thank you!
