I came into the store with a long shot request of replacing my frames with lenses that didn't match too many available models. Though my frames were busted and dirty, Natalie went above and beyond to get me a new pair of frames, deconstruct my old frames, and take care of my needs every step of the way. They could've simply turned me away, but their team is a timely, kind, curious, and helpful group of people.
