Decent doctors but came to pick up my sons glasses today their website says 8am and Google does but it's 8:45 am door is looked and no one answering phone. Very unprofessional.Update: been waiting here hoping someone be here, but no. Its 9:04am still not open. Need to change their hours if they are not going to be open.

I have been to previous myeyedoc locations where I was pre-tested before seeing the doctor and had to wait 40 minutes before being seen.Sheboygan was a quick in and out with no delay in service. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend going to this location if you are in need of eye services

Amazing customer service. Oakley had made a lot of mistakes on my sunglasses. Right away Becca fixed the issue within minutes. She contacted Oakley and made them accountable. The entire team made my purchase easy and worry-free even when faced with issues. thank you all for the great work and thank you Becca for so much help.
