I've been coming to Wisconsin Vision for over 50 years now. Every time the staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. Michelle is very knowledgeable about their products. I am grateful that she takes the time to informs me on what type and size of glasses works best for me because of a strong prescription, astigmatism, bifocals etc. I have never had a bad experience and that is why I will still be coming back for future visits. Thank you Wisconsin Vision. :)

Very positive experience. I visited the store with a pair of broken frames purchased at another store in another city. The staff was friendly and helpful and performed a simple repair to get me through the next couple of days until I can get new frames. The repair was free of charge!

What an amazing experience! I was a little nervous about the exam but Dr Sesso’s demeanor put me completely at ease. He explained each step in an unhurried way. I was confident there was time for all my concerns and questions. Jill’s customer service and expertise also made me feel like I was receiving top-notch care. I so appreciated her help in selecting the best glasses for me and that she understood my insurance coverage (better than me). Even though I had avoided eye appointments in the past, I will get an annual exam simply because of the fantastic care I received! I told my sister about my experience.
