Apparently, my glasses and my stand-up desk had a disagreement... and the desk won. After accidentally lowering my desk directly onto my glasses, the arms were bent completely backwards and I was convinced they were beyond saving.
I stopped into Wisconsin Vision hoping for a miracle, and they delivered one. The team was incredibly friendly, fixed my glasses in less than five minutes, and didn't charge me a dime. They literally rescued my glasses from my own terrible decision-making.
Amazing customer service, kind people, and true professionals. Wisconsin Vision has earned a customer for life!
The store looks nice with a good selection of frames, Dr. Sesso is very thorough and informative, and Erika was very helpful getting me glasses that came back quick. They're probably the nicest glasses I've ever owned
I am new to having glasses. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and very helpful. They also have a wide selection of frames. I would highly recommend Wisconsin vision to anyone, give it a try!
