“We recently had our bedroom carpets replaced by Carpet Factory Outlet and had a great experience. We were able to quickly pick a carpet, schedule the service for only a few days later and for a very reasonable price that included tear out and haul away of our old carpet. The guys had our 3 bedrooms completed start to finish in a little over 2 hours. Some minor baseboard damage, but nothing some wood filler and paint couldn’t fix. I would recommend them to anyone.“

“I highly recommend C&W and I'd use them again if I had more hardwood to refinish. I got three quotes from local vendors and c&w's price was in the middle. I went with C&W because Craig has been doing this for 30 years and he was the most communicative and showed up when he said he would. It's an awesome two-man team with very professional equipment. For a majority of the project the sanding it was dustless. You do get a little bit of dust production in the hard to reach areas of your floor as they switch to hand tools. C&W used plastic to protect electronics and other parts of the house from dust so it wasn't a big deal. Our project took 5 days from start to finish. We lived in the house the first three days and then left for the staining portion of it because we couldn't walk on the floors. Craig did a good job locking up the house for us and we had no issues. Most importantly, our floors look amazing. Great to see a hardworking local company with reliable people and a fair price. Happy to give a reference, just ask Craig for my number.“

One bathroom had grout that kept cracking. We called him. Wow, he was over to look at the rooms asap, came back a few days later and completely removed all grout in 2 rooms and redid it all.
