“I am extremely happy with the service and product that I received from Ideal Custom Flooring. We like to shop and patronize local businesses and had them stretch our carpet years ago. Great service then, so I didn't even look anywhere else when it came time to replace the carpet. The installers from Chicago came before 8:00 a.m. and were finished with our bedroom/walk in closet and master bath in two hours. They left no mess, cut parts of the old carpeting that we could reuse or the scraps which we could patch with if needed at a later date. I'm delighted with the service that the owner and Madison gave us. Actually, everyone that we dealt with in the store was great.
