Tatum was AMAZING! I am from a different state and took a shot calling this store for help with a discontinued product and she went above and beyond what she had to do to help me out! She relieved so much stress by taking on my request when she could have just shot me down!! We need more people like this that just care about other people, instead of the bottom line!

Bryan at ll flooring is the absolute best. Customer service at this store is above and beyond. I had flooring that had been discontinued. He searched other ll flooring stores until he found what I needed. Not once but twice. If you need flooring and want great customer service go to ll flooring you won’t be disappointed.
