He answered all of our queries and gave us the impression that he understood what he was doing and could complete the task. The nicest thing was that our light fixture didn't have to be hung for days or weeks. His helper and he were eager to go to work right away! All in all, a wonderful job. We recently had KWK install an extra switch box in our basement so that we could add two dedicated outlets in my workshop for my table saw, miter saw, and other big tools. Patrick, the electrician, arrived at the agreed upon time and got right to work. He paid close attention to detail and worked quietly and efficiently. Ultimately, Ken and Patrick were able to save us approximately $400 because their tests indicated that we did not need a power upgrade as we first thought. Partick finished on time and the work was excellent. As a little added bonus, Ken dropped by about half way through the process to inspect Patrick's work and dropped off some chocolates because he said it would help relieve some of the stress of having the work done.
