We first called two other contractors we had worked with before re our concern that a malfunctioning bathroom fan could maybe pose an electrical fire hazard. Those contractors were not at all helpful over the phone. Graham called us back, addressed our immediate concern (coached us re unplugging the fan motor), and then put us on his "hot list" amid the holidays to work into the schedule.
