Called to inquire about electric vehicle charger installs. He said it is $99 to come on site just to give an estimate and wouldn't take information and photos via email (have had 3 come out this last week without charging for that). When I began to tell him that was the case and I'd gladly be able to explain what is needed he hung up on me! I then called back with no answer. Unbelievable.

Empire Electrical Service's electrician was really competent. All of the work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. He answered all of our queries and gave us the impression that he understood what he was doing and could complete the task. The nicest thing was that our light fixture didn't have to be hung for days or weeks. His helper and he were eager to go to work right away! All in all, a wonderful job. If I needed to, I would employ their services.

Empire Electrical Service surpassed my expectations from beginning to end! The technician was really competent, dependable, and knowledgeable. My electrical panel was replaced by him, and he did a fantastic job. I had him come back out to replace and install smoke detectors, and he was fantastic!! 5 stars all the way!! I'll definitely call on him for any and all of my electrical requirements in the future!
