I contacted Square One regarding one of my units at an apartment community having a mold issue.Scott was polite and seemed very enthusiastic about going to the vacant unit and sending me a quote.We set it up on the 22nd of January to be looked at the next day. I was very impressed.well, I have called him, the company, emailed him, emailed the company and as of today (February 19th)I still have not heard back from either Scott nor the company.If they don't want to do it, all they had to do was tell me.I would not recommend just because of this, even though I called them in the first place because of the great things I heard about htem.
