We had a great experience from the first time we walked in the office door until the completion of our house. Dave Detrie took lots of time with us creating the perfect plan for our location. The rest of his team, specifically Charlie G., and Dave W., were very easy to work with and maintained consistent communication with us. From start to finish my wife and I had a great experience dealing with Detrie Builders. While the house was being built, my wife and I were living out of state. The communication with Bob Detrie, Charlie Gehrke, and the project manager, Dave Wolter was magnificent. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. Photos were uploaded almost everyday so we could see the progress of the build. The entire team was very accessible and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner.
