Providing reviews in not something I do very often but when you have a time sensitive project that is completed as expected - on time with quality workmanship - I thought I should share my experience. My first contact was with Tesia who was very pleasant and professional. She had the work estimate emailed to me very quickly. Since the estimate clearly covered my project, I was able to immediately digitally sign and have my finalized contract in place to keep my project on schedule. Creative Decks did an excellent job from start to finish. Their design, sales and office team was responsive and so easy to work with. Their site crew was amazing - professional, organized, timely, great communication on updates and scheduling. They even cleaned the deck before they left. We love our new deck and would highly recommend the Creative Decks team! A+

To anyone looking to have deck work done, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dave Van Rite Construction, LLC - Creative Decks and Landscaping. A number of companies submitted proposals but between product, capability, schedule and Matt Caldwell's experience, obvious mastery of the topic and confidence, there was no other choice. We had a large 2200+ sq. ft. deck resurfacing project including some structural work on a 20 year old wood deck. We chose the Trex product for replacement and the color choice turned out beautifully.
