“I contacted Bruce on Sunday evening due to no heat from the furnace. I thought I would have to leave a message but Bruce answered his phone at 9:30 pm!! He said his guys would be out the next morning. Text came in that morning and his guys showed up around 10:00. Not only was the issue fixed in 10 minutes but the guys were very professional and courteous. “Todd was very thorough, put me at ease as he walked me through the troubleshooting process. I appreciated that he kept me apprised as we awaited a part for our furnace and explained why the part was needed. We had been told that we may need to replace our furnace but since he replaced the filter and the motor he suggested that we may have another 6-7 Years on this model.
