This place is a gem! Kim was so kind and accommodating for our group of 3. We used the steam room and each got an hour massage. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing, and smells really good! There is a little room called the library that you can relax in and have a cup of tea while you wait for your service. The bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!We were visiting during a blizzard. A lot of places were closed but Kim was open and we were still able to have a spa day!

I had the Serenity Massage with Becky and it was so relaxing. It was so nice that we chatted about life in Wisconsin, politics and everything in between. It was just what I needed. The spa was clean & staff was efficient and friendly.

Went there while on vacation. I was experiencing shoulder and neck pain. Jessa, my masseuse, was very knowledgeable on what treatments would be best to ease the pain. She also add CBD cream to help decrease inflammation. It really helped.
