Theresa’s teaching is authentic and from the heart, truly Somatic in her delivery, approach and life. She embodies what she teaches and this is felt whether you join her in her online classes or are lucky enough to experience an in person clinical session, class or workshop. As a Somatics teacher myself, Theresa is who I go to for my classes, she continues to inspire me greatly. Thank you Theresa. ?? Liz Underwood.
I joined Theresa's Somatics class, via Zoom, last night. What a gift to spend an hour concentrating on my breath and movement and allowing my body to fully release the tensions of life at this time. Thank you for offering these classes. I'll be attending every week.
Theresa fully shares her knowledge and teaching of Somatics. I participated in her recent workshops and I better understand my body and mind interactions for improving some specific issues as well as overall health. Her current online classes are a blessing in these stressful times.
