I had some down time while working in the area and showed up for a drop in hot yoga session and really really enjoyed it! Eleina was so welcoming. It was an all levels class and she did such a good job at making sure everybody was challenging themselves but also not being hard on themselves. I highly recommend and wish I could have gone more while in town.

Very welcoming staff, high quality classes, and fantastic instructors. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the garden in front was lovely. I wish we lived in the area - I would be here all the time!

I am visiting Sister Bay for a wedding and decided to try a local studio. Everything was so inviting, from the moment Gretchen greeted me, to the end of the Aloha practice! Gretchen offered me a free towel and mat towel, which was wonderful as I didn’t have to worry about dealing with own sweaty towels while traveling. The space is warm and inviting, and the practice as just what I needed! I highly recommend giving this studio a try!
