“Recently bought a rug here. It was our first experience with Shabahang. We are absolutely impressed with our experience and my husband is not easily impressed! The employees are all very knowledgeable and our rug is stunning. We walked in thinking we would just learn a little about rugs because we doubted they would have anything modern we liked. However, they actually had a few we liked. We fell in love with the perfect one and were excited to bring it home. We had a small concern with it and when I called, they sent someone out to look at it within a couple of hours! Their customer service is the best we’ve ever experienced. Yes, their rugs are pricey, but to us, it’s totally worth it for the quality, their knowledge, and customer service. We will definitely buy from them again.“

I am highly allergic to cleaning chemicals, so they cleaned out all equipment ahead of time and didn't use any chemicals in my home.
