With the new owner of US nails, when calling for appointment, how do you know who it is when you don't ask a name. What would happen if I needed to cancel or change my appointment? I could have just walked in and said my appointment was at noon, even though I didn't have one, cause you didn't take my name. I do love the work Lisa does. She never disappointments!

Personalized, expert Master Plumber Service, at a fair price. I had a toilet leak. He diagnosed the problem, which was different than what I thought. He fixed that toilet and checked out our other two and replaced the parts on those as well. All in the same trip. I received excellent, personal service all around, from the first phone call all the way through to paying for a job well done. Honest, Efficient work, at a fair price.

Jamie and crew built a powder room in our basement. After being ignored by two reputable remodelers in town, and receiving a ridiculously high bid from another company, Jamie came out the next day and provided a quote. All of his team were friendly and polite, very respectful of property, each did skilled, exceptional work. High quality and reasonably priced. Finished a month ahead of promised end date. Great experience. Already trying to think of new projects to call them for :)
I wanted to share my experience with Jon and J. Timothy Builders because it has been the best construction experience I have had. My wife and I have renovated several homes, built offices and have had many construction projects in the past. We were planning on building a custom lake home that was more modern and had difficulty finding someone who understood what we wanted at a fair price. We had bids at a number of the high end builders in the Lake Geneva/Lake Beulah/Lauderdale Lake area and most bids were significantly higher due to their larger construction companies. Jon is a super efficient contractor who has great subcontractors that priced our job fairly. The most important aspect was that the quality could not be higher. Jon suggested many changes that he thought would improve the project that didn't result in additional cost or saved money. The project was on budget and almost on time, with some delay due to weather with masonry. He was never defensive if I wasn't happy with something and always made the effort to make the house perfect. He is a great person and gentleman and I appreciate all he did to build our lake house.

I have nothing but very good things to say about Dr. Mortenson. He has helped me tremendously in the few short weeks with serious injuries since 2017 lower back fractured tailbone right hip turned inwards, sciatica, very very helpful to me and my healing. Highly recommend him.

As a new client, I wasn't sure what to expect! I have seen other chiropractors, some who were great and others not so much(at least for me) Dr Chad has helped me in so many ways, not just my back pain but also.... believe it or not regularity. As someone who struggled for years (due to a medication) I never imagined I could benefit in in this way. After 1 visit things improved and have stayed the course.
