We had an excellent experience working with Assurance. Ben came out, gave us a great estimate and helped us select our shingle color. He got us scheduled for the very next week. All work was done efficiently and professionally and nothing was left behind on our lawn, not even a nail! We highly recommend Assurance!
Another outstanding job. 2017 new roof installed. 5 star rated you and your crew amazing. Last week you gave my neighbor an estimate, and installed his roof yesterday. Then Ben walked over just to see how my roof was doing. Never asked him too do so. Ben noticed my ridgevent was not as it should be. Kinda flat. Ben's team called me out of the blue about the issue. They said they wanted to replace the roof vent for free. I was surprised. Today they were here and replaced the entire ridgevent. I couldn't even tell they were here. We could not be more pleased with the timely communication, ease of scheduling, quality of product, politeness of workers, ability to complete our roof/cleanup in one day, and sending a representative to reattach our DirectTV satelite the same night.
