“I play a lot of golf, do my fair share of yard work and am always playing with my young children. So...my back has bothered me for years. Mostly lower back pain. I started going to Apex last fall and within a few weeks my pain was gone and my range of motion improved a ton. I remained pain free all winter.

With the golf and yardwork seasons is in full swing, I'm glad I kept going on a maintenance plan because I continue to be pain free despite playing about 10 rounds of golf in the last month. In the same 30 day period I completed the spring yardwork cleanup and spread 12 yards of mulch. That's a lot of wheel barrels and shoveling....no pain! Thanks Dr Bria! I really appreciate Kristin and the friendly staff who make each visit fun too!
