With the new owner of US nails, when calling for appointment, how do you know who it is when you don't ask a name. What would happen if I needed to cancel or change my appointment? I could have just walked in and said my appointment was at noon, even though I didn't have one, cause you didn't take my name. I do love the work Lisa does. She never disappointments!

Reviews
Peter did a wonderful job. I liked the gel color. He was fast and efficient. 1/2 hour tops and on with my afternoon. It has been a long time since my last manicure. Thank you Peter. Enjoy your vacation Lisa. Will miss you. Safe travels.
I LOVE my nails after Lisa does them!!! However, when someone else answers the phone when I call for an appointment, they don’t write my name down in the book and it has caused much confusion when we all show up for our appointments.
