I’ve been going to Brenda’s classes on and off for about 8 years now, but her small classes have got me hooked. I’m getting so much from them and can tell I’m getting stronger. She’s a great motivator and honestly cares. After decades (yes decades) of feeling exercise is a form of torture, I’m actually looking forward to her classes each week.

Went with a coworker to the Werq class and liked it so much I now go back on my own! Fun classes and wide variety. What I like best though is how welcoming everyone is, it isn’t intimidating to show up!

Pure Fitness 4 You is by far my favorite gym in Eau Claire! I’ve joined quite a few gyms in the area and none can compare! I have finally found a gym that makes me love working out and it helped me lose 20 pounds within the first 3 months of joining. I love the variety of classes and the supportive community of people. Thank you for all you do Brenda!❤️?
