Brought a prescription from Pearle here. The person who did the intake (sorry, didn’t get her name) was friendly and professional. Glasses were ready in 5 days, and have been working great. The person who did the final fitting when I picked them up, Jennifer, was equally nice and good at her job. Glasses are a commodity - they should not have to cost $600. Frames should not have to cost $200 to $300. My glasses were under $200 before insurance. That’s the sort of service and cost-saving you can expect if you get your glasses here - highly recommended.

The doctor is great and worth coming here just for him, but customer service was not great.
I will continue to get my eye exams here but I plan on getting my glasses somewhere else.

I was sent to the East side Walmart because the frames I picked out on the West side were discontinued and no longer in stock. I was a bit irritated when I arrived, since I had already been through the process once on the West side. I was assisted by Teodore, the Vision Center Manager. He was pleasant, patient, helpful, and took care of everything for me. I highly recommend the service I received.
