Due to circumstances I could not control, I was 90 minutes late for my appointment. Dr. Smith and Jera the technician who worked to get the measurements for my eye went way beyond what I expected them to do trying to get my chin in that cup when my wheelchair could not get me as close as the machine needed me to be.
I was scheduled for a 20 min session. I was 90 minutes late, the exam itself took longer than 20 minutes. They never once seemed put out, impatient, or worried about those who had appointments after me.
