I was on vacation in Green Bay and forgot my daily contacts. Fortunately for me, when I called on a Saturday morning Amber had a fix to get me through our trip workout having to go home blind. She even made a couple adjustments on my wife and son's glasses while we were there. She's a great asset and if ever we end up in Green Bay we're customers of this location for life because of her. My experience with Michelle was wonderful. She was patient, caring and very knowledgeable as she helped me navigate special eyewear needs. She made the process much easier with her caring and helpful attitude. Caitlin also helped and she was equally helpful and kind! Very impressed with the service I received today from both Michelle and Caitlin. Stellar experience and stellar service!
Tina and Olivia were absolutely amazing to me Tina found the best prices for my glasses and I ended saving almost 100 dollars with Tina's advice and Olivia was so professional and nice to me and gave me advice that was really helpful and the reception lady was a doll as well most of my appointment was full of giggles because of the 3 ladies 😁
