About Ophthalmology Associates SC
Ophthalmology Associates SC offers a mix of experiences for its patients. Dr. Alpren is praised for his caring approach and ability to keep patients informed about their eye conditions. The staff is generally described as friendly and accommodating, especially when handling emergencies. However, there are serious concerns about the behavior of some staff members. One patient reported an unpleasant experience with a disrespectful staff member while selecting glasses, claiming she was rude and unprofessional. The same patient expressed dissatisfaction with the treatment they received regarding their anxiety about medical procedures. While some patients appreciate the thoroughness of the services, others feel that certain staff members lack sensitivity and professionalism. Overall, the clinic has strengths in patient care but needs to address interpersonal issues among its staff.

It is such an amazing ending to a scary story!

Office staff seemed a bit unprofessional, loudly talking which alerted me to listen. I was worried what I was in for but the Dr(Larson) was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a great bedside manner. Very reassured when visit was completed.
My first visit with Dr. McCanna and I couldn't have been happier. Everyone there was super nice and Dr. Mcanna was very informative. I did not feel rushed about. It was a great experience
