All of the instructors are genuine and kind human beings who create a safe and welcoming environment to begin practicing yoga at whatever level you're coming in with.
So far, we've taken advantage of yin classes, flow (gentle and higher intensity rejuvenate), and a restore + nindra class at their Fitchburg location.
If I could change one thing, I'd love to see some of the more mental wellness/meditative focused classes come to the Garver location vs. Just being at Fitchburg. It's a bit of a drive for me, which makes it harder to take advantage of.”
