It's in a lovely old building and the instructor makes it challenging, but her voice is still so calm and soothing it helps to smooth over the hard spots. This was my first in person class experience and I'm sore, but I will go back.“

“I love Inner Sun Yoga Studio! This studio is a gem and there are no other studios that compare. Since I moved, I have yet to find a space in my area that offers the high quality of knowledge, certifications, and offerings that Deb and the other teachers have. The space is inviting and the spiritual approach to yoga is authentic. If you have new to yoga or wanting to deepen your practice, I recommend making Inner Sun your spiritual home!“
