The company that bought out the company that installed the system is now Milwaukee based and were hard to deal with. After playing phone tag for about 3 months I gave up and decided to call someone local. Adam at A-1 is extremely responsive, honest, and helpful. Tried for 3 hours this morning to clear it out myself with a power drill snake with no luck. He called my insurance company and helped me work out all of the details so that I got a fair payment. And his crew did excellent work. They also kept the place tidy while they did repairs to the exterior of my house. I would recommend - and I would use them again (hopefully, next time, it won't be because of a tornado).“

“This was our first restoration project after a leaking roof. We didn’t know what to expect, and the bar has officially been set. Courteous and diligent, the different crews that came in were polite while working very hard. We were shocked to find out how true the name “made new” is when the project finished. in my opinion, they should change it to “made better”. Our hallway looks the best it’s ever looked since we moved here and the details of the finishing crew were impeccable. From the amazing paint job and outstanding cleanup, down to rehanging pictures level so that we wouldn’t even know they had to pull out the nails. I don’t honestly try to gush too much in a review, but when you get service like this it is truly remarkable. Highly recommend to anyone.“

When I decided to convert my screened porch into a four season sunroom and at the same time build on an addition for my new hot tub, I needed to find a quality Contractor. After making calls to many people I trusted, I came up with a recommended list of 5 Contractors. It was strongly suggested that I start with Dave from Trademark Construction and I am extremely happy I did!

He came out almost immediately to discuss my goals. Within a day or two, I had another appointment with him to review the estimate and address the questions and concerns I had. Those two appointments put my mind at ease because it was obvious that Dave cared about helping me achieve my goals! Dave and his team's work ethic is great. They showed up he says they will, he keeps the customer informed of the next steps, and he is meticulous in his work! He and his team are a pleasure to work with.
