“I decided to get a quote from Dale at Smart Roofing because his uncle installed a high quality roof for my family many years ago. Of the three quotes I received, I decided to have Smart Roofing replace my shingles since Dale was the only contractor who took the time to personally inspect my roof and attic. Dale discovered problems with my roof that I was unaware of. Although he was slightly more expensive, I felt the additional cost was justified since Dale was very knowledgeable about shingle replacement, thoroughly explaining the methods he uses and why, he found the problems and offered cost effective solutions for the problems I was unaware of. Dale recommended that I install Certainteed Northgate class 4 shingles which qualifies me for a $90.00 yearly deduction in the cost of my homeowner's insurance. Dale and his crew arrived on time. He took the time to answer my questions during the removable and installation process. Dale and his crew completed my house and shed roof replacement in one day. His crew did an excellent job cleaning up. I highly recommend Dale and his company.“

“We selected Evansen Builders, LLC to replace the roof on my mother's home after interviewing (3) roofing companies.We highly recommend Evansen Builders, LLC to homeowners who want "peace of mind", and know they have hired a contractor with integrity, attention to detail, professional workmanship, and a business owner that wants to make sure his clients are receiving the best job possible.When we met Doug to inspect the roof, he was courteous, inquired about roof leaks, asked questions, he walked the roof, and came prepared with aerial views of the home. Doug answered my lengthy list of questions, and was able to give us pricing.As promised, (1) day prior to install, all the shingles and supplies were delivered and neatly stacked on the driveway so that we could still access the garage.On replacement day, the (10) member crew arrived in their trucks early. At 7:00 AM every crew member began work, each having a specific task. Every crew member was professional, and took great care in protecting the gutters, and landscaping. Throughout the entire day they performed their job like a "well oiled machine". The dumpster was delivered in a timely manner allowing for all the debris to be offloaded from the roof, and the crew could keep the project moving. Throughout the day Doug was in touch with the Crew Lead to see how the project was progressing.Before the roof was complete, a portion of the crew began clean-up. By the time the roof was complete, every crew member was cleaning every portion of yard and garage. We were extremely impressed on how diligent each crew member worked to make sure the yard and garage was as clean, or cleaner than when they arrived that morning.As promised, the next day Doug stopped out to view the project, see if we were happy with the job, and if we had any questions.In our opinion, Doug and his experienced team are the roofing professionals to provide you a "long lasting, worry free" roof.“

“I couldn't be more pleased with the facelift to my kitchen that was just completed moments ago. My kitchen cabinets were well made, but 20 years of use had taken its toll on the paint, glides, and hardware. Mad City allowed me to keep the features and molding that I liked in the old cabinetry, and replace and upgrade the features that needed help. The work was completed by a team of professionals. Mitch, Ivan, and James are masters of their craft. They function as team players yet each clearly has expertise with different aspects of the rehab process. Mitch pays meticulous attention to getting the cabinets prepped for the laminate and finishing the edges. My kitchen is complicated with bevels and detail. Mitch took his time with each challenge and crafted the laminate with precision and beveled edges to a smooth finish. Ivan's expertise is with hardware, glides and hinges. Placement is critical when it comes to hardware working as it should. Ivan knows his craft and he knows the hardware he is placing. When things don't work as they should, his knowledge becomes evident with the tweaks and adjustments he makes. Then there was James. His superpower is being the master of his universe. We had a slight glitch in the rehab project when a third team member tested positive for Covid on day two. It was clear Mitch and Ivan were concerned with finishing the project on time being a man short. James arrived on day three and was able to jump in and complete any task needed. The end result is a great looking kitchen for Christmas. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done.“
