We had our annual cleaning and inspection today. We have been a customer for more than 20 years but today our technician Luke went all out not only to clean it thoroughly but also to put a camera up the chimney pipe to show us its condition. Since the unit is almost 30 years old we want to be sure that it is safe to continue to use and seeing the “insides” of the unit gave us assurance. Luke was totally transparent with us about its condition and said we will be safe to use for several more years!
