I couldn't have been happier with the work Desmond did in my home. He installed 3 light fixtures including a ceiling fan. He ran into a small issue when installing the fan (I have an old home with outdated wiring) and he was able to troubleshoot it very efficiently. The entire time he was professional and personable, he had a very calm way of handling himself, even despite any issues he ran into. He took the time to explain things to me and never made me feel stupid. He went above and beyond, to ask thoughtful questions and really considered my opinions about things during the process.
