Dr. Coates is empathetic, kind, and patient. She takes time to understand the questions I have and the feelings that accompany them. Her answers and explanations are clear and to the point.
Nessa who is a hygienist is likewise empathetic, kind, and patient. She communicates very effectively, and even anticipates questions that I have. She is very gentle. For the first time ever, a hygienist placed the x-ray targets in such a way that it was not uncomfortable.
Both of these professionals have my total confidence.

I got someone new this time to clean my teeth. Her name was Tabitha. I'm usually a pretty difficult candidate as I have a lot of plaque below the gum line. The last person really struggled to get the back where my wisdom teeth removal along time ago left a deep pocket. Anyways Tabitha didn't seem to have any trouble with it at all. She seemed very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about my teeth and gum health. I could immediately tell she was new to this branch but not to this field.
