I worked with Benchmark after hail damage. Austin was great and very helpful from start to finish and Benchmark worked especially well with the insurance company. Austin always responded promptly to messages and questions. They did a great job and I would recommend them to family and friends.
Hands down this is the best barbershop experience that I have ever had. I've had good haircuts. I've been to cool looking barber shops. However I've never been to a barbershop where I received a good haircut but also I was treated fully as a person. Getting a haircut when you have a physical disability and a wheelchair user can be a really stressful time and when you factor in that this was my first post covid haircut after 3 years of not being able to leave my apartment I was feeling pretty anxious. However I am so glad that I drove the extra time to get down to rockton and someone carefully spent an hour getting me back to what I used to look like. There was a lot of thought and consideration that went in to my project, starting with who I was going to hire to complete the work. KMH, hands down, went above and beyond the expectation of my project. With every project there may be a few unforeseen hick-ups, but he handled my "change of plans" like a pro. I love this company. We take them to the airport all the time. When you have more than 3 people, tons of luggage and going for a week it is convenient and is about the same money as parking at OHare. They are always there to pick us up once we arrive. It makes Flying at OHare or Milwaukee relaxing instead of stressful.
The company is a stand up company. They did my roof over three years ago. They hired a new crew that didn't put on a drip edge, hired another one who didn't do it right. Three years later they send a crew out to fix the work from three years ago, that's a stand up company to me can't ask any more from a company

We recently purchased our home in this June of 2023. I called Homestead to have them come out to make sure our wood fireplace was in good working condition prior to lighting it up for the first time, and to give me pointers as this is our first fireplace. Cody and his co-worker Dylan were absolutely fantastic in making sure everything was working, and helping me with my questions to make sure I am comfortable and confident in working it. They got up on roof to make sure everything was good there also, when Cody came back in, he even said he found a piece of red felt where Santa must have left on the chimney! Again, cant speak highly enough of these guys! I highly recommend them for work and advice! Super glad I called this company! Will be calling next year as well prior to the Winter of 2024 for service and possible cleaning!
