“We had these guys do our entire roof (no small job). It was a typical crazy Wisconsin summer week with torrential rain and/or 95F heat (it was both). They were in and out in 2 days, leaving no trace behind them. Didn't even find a single roofing nail in the flower beds (or the driveway)! We work from home and had zero disruptions from the crew. Of course any roof replacement will make noise but noise cancelling headphones made it all go away... Also, the crew was respectful to us and our neighbors. Class act and we will use them for our next home project!“

“When I was ready to purchase a new patio door, I called Window Depot. Shaun came to our home and went through their products with my mother and I. There were a lot of patio doors and finishes to choose from. He was incredibly professional and personable to meet our needs. He was upfront and honest about costs, turn around time (from date of the order to manufacturing of the door), and to final delivery to my home. As soon as the door was ready to be delivered, Shaun contacted me to schedule the installation which he made within the week!
On the day of installation, John, Caleb and Steve did an incredible job on the removal of my previous patio door and the reframing and installation of my new patio door. There was incorrect framing of the previous door from a different contractor and in need of serious corrections with additional materials. John was professional and straight to the point of what needed to be fixed in order to maintain the warranty on my beautiful new door. He patiently pointed out exactly where the issues were on the previous framing and then asked me if I wanted him and his crew to make those corrections and purchase the materials necessary to do it right. I was 100% on board. John went the extra mile in attaining the materials needed, while Caleb and Steve went right to work in taking out the previous door and the poor frame work. When John returned they worked seamlessly as a team on proper framing and installation of my new door. The teamwork and oversight of a job well done gave me incredible relief and satisfaction. They cleaned up every single scrap of wood, nail fragments and OSB that had to be cut out and hauled it away. It was a joy to be around people who knew exactly what they were doing, how they worked together like family and took what could have been a terrible situation for me and made it right. I very much needed that for my family. They were there by 8 am and done before noon!
I recommend Window Depot to everyone looking to replace their doors and windows. I'm a lifelong customer because of their professionalism, integrity, and team work!
