I had to call multiple roofing companies to get an estimate.

The first three didn't show up.
The fourth told me there's an insurance claim but said his phone died, so, 0 photos. Also never provided an estimate.
So I had a fifth roofer to get a second opinion, but they never got onto the roof, so they weren't sure if there was hail damage or not.

And of course multiple reschedules with no follow up or just a poor experience

I provide all this context because this is Exactly where R & B standa out.

I made one call.
Got on the calendar.
Estimator arrived as scheduled, and actually got onto the roof to do a thorough inspection.

Some hail damage, but no leaks, definitely not enough for a claim, and the life expectancy of the roof as well. There were more details, suffice to say R & B did everything 5 other roofing companies couldn't, and the couple that did show up, R & B did it better.

This sounds like an ad but zi promise it's not. I'm just so sick of construction contractors working their job 40 hours a week and STILL not knowing what they are doing/doing a poor job of the thing they do every day. Construction is Notorious for this, I own multiple properties and the 5 calls to get even two people to show up who didn't even I soect the roof... the estimator's ONLY JOB, and only ONE out of six did it well. And it it R & B Roofing.

I would absolutely trust them with a roofing job.
