Great appointment, Ryan was very thorough and went through all options. We were very comfortable choosing Pella after the first appointment.Installation wound up getting scheduled for about 5-6 weeks later than was estimated, which is a bummer. I know sometimes delays are unavoidable. But the installation was smooth as can be! It took the crew about a day and a half to install 7 large, second-story windows. The lead installer let us know that one of the grills in one of the windows was crooked, so they would have to send someone back out to fix that since the grills are within the pains of glass - again, stuff happens and its really not too noticeable, so no big deal....read full review
