“Great appointment, Ryan was very thorough and went through all options. We were very comfortable choosing Pella after the first appointment.Installation wound up getting scheduled for about 5-6 weeks later than was estimated, which is a bummer. I know sometimes delays are unavoidable. But the installation was smooth as can be! It took the crew about a day and a half to install 7 large, second-story windows. The lead installer let us know that one of the grills in one of the windows was crooked, so they would have to send someone back out to fix that since the grills are within the pains of glass - again, stuff happens and its really not too noticeable, so no big deal. It is scheduled to be fixed in about a month.The windows look awesome, both from the inside and outside, and we are very happy we chose Pella. I can confidently say that we will continue to choose Pella as other windows need replacing. Thanks Ryan and Pella team!“

“I had Exterior solutions do the back side of the second story roof of my home. It was only supposed to be tear off and replacement of shingles. Of course like any project some of the boards were bad and needed to be replaced. The roofing crew went over that with me and resumed and replaced all boards needed. All in all I'm very happy with there quality of work and getting the job done in a timely fashion. Very professional and would recommend them to family and friends.
